Returns Policy
fashionmi try all our best to make you have a happy and satisfy shopping experience, below is our Returns Policy.
  • Return or exchange an item due to own reason
    1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to issue you a refund (not including the original shipping charge, nor the cost of returning the merchandise). You need to contact us within 7 days of the receipt if you have an issue with your order. No returns will be accepted if the tags are removed from any item.
    2. Please note that returned packages the responsibility of the customer returning the goods this includes the cost. Therefore, we advise that packages are sent recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for missing packages.
    3. Please call our customer care by 852-36902628 to info us the return case before sending us your product.
    4. Please fill out the form provided in the bottom of this pages, instructing us with your request. Goods can be returned for an exchange for different size, colour, another product of the same value or a full refund.
    5. Please return us the your product together with the form to the following address after calling our customer care:

    6. We will then follow up your return case as soon as possible after receive your product.

  • Receive faulty Item
    1. Definition of the fault:
      Missing buttons, damage, a patch of stains, beads or accessories drop off etc. fashionmi reserve the right to judge if the product we sent is fualty item or not.
    2. Colour differnt due to the lighting of photo or quality of computer screen is not define as fault:
      In some of the cases, color of product would have light color different due to the differnt quality of each computer screen or the camera light setting. Since we do not see it as a product fault, please consider this factor before purchase or feel free to contact us for more detail before purchase.
    3. If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
